Rehmah Global Relief is committed to the highest standards of ethical conduct and integrity in all our activities. We have a zero-tolerance approach to modern slavery and human trafficking in any part of our operations or supply chains.
Our Commitment
As a faith-driven humanitarian charity, we are guided by principles of mercy (rahmah), justice, and human dignity. We recognise that modern slavery—including forced labour, child labour, and human trafficking—remains a widespread and hidden crime affecting millions around the world.
We are committed to ensuring that slavery and human trafficking do not exist in any form within our own organisation or in the partners and suppliers we work with.
Our Organisation
Rehmah Global Relief is a registered nonprofit organisation focused on delivering humanitarian aid and development projects across the globe. Our work includes providing emergency relief, clean water, education, orphan support, and poverty alleviation.
We operate with a network of local partners, suppliers, and volunteers—many in high-risk regions.
Actions We Take
To uphold our commitment, we:
- Conduct due diligence on suppliers and delivery partners
- Prioritise working with trusted, ethical local organisations
- Ensure our procurement processes include anti-slavery clauses
- Train staff and volunteers on safeguarding and ethical standards
- Require adherence to our Code of Conduct from all staff and field teams
Risk Assessment
While our direct operations are relatively low risk, we acknowledge that working in regions affected by conflict, poverty, or displacement may increase the vulnerability to modern slavery. We remain vigilant and proactive in monitoring these risks.
Reporting Concerns
We encourage staff, volunteers, partners, and the public to report any concerns related to modern slavery in connection with our work. Reports can be made confidentially by emailing:

Continuous Improvement
We are committed to reviewing and strengthening our policies and practices annually to ensure they remain effective in preventing and responding to modern slavery.
This statement is made pursuant to Section 54 of the UK Modern Slavery Act 2015 and will be reviewed and updated annually.
